When is the next Tour?

When will tickets be available?

Advance purchase tickets are $15. Tickets purchased at headquarters (Rosehill Center) on both Tour days are $20.


Tickets will be on sale via Online Purchase on June 1. Purchase receipt from "Service@paypal.com" email will be exchangeable for the Ticket Brochure at headquarters on the days of the tour.  No actual tickets or vouchers are mailed.  Online advance purchase sales will close at 9PM on Friday July 14.


 


Retailers will have Ticket Brochures to sell after June 12. Advance purchase sales at the retail locations close at 3PM on Friday, July 14.   Please check the website for this year’s retailer listing.


 


Tickets will be available for $20 during the Tour at Tour Headquarters: Rosehill Community Center, 304 Lincoln Ave. Mukilteo.


Where can I buy tickets?

Many of your favorite local retailers have Ticket Brochures for advance purchase.   At these locations, you can purchase your Ticket Brochure that includes the map of garden locations.  But don't forget to see the indoor Quilt Show and visit the Raffle display at Tour Headquarters.  Please check the website for our list of retail ticket locations.  Retail outlet advance purchase will close at 3PM on Friday, July 14.


Tickets may also be purchased online in advance for $15 after June 1 via credit card or Paypal.  Please select the secure "Paypal" site to make your ticket purchase with either a Paypal account or your credit card.  Online ticket purchasers should print their purchase receipt from the email from "Service@paypal.com" and present that at the ticket WILL CALL desk at Tour Headquarters to receive your Ticket Brochure. Tour headquarters is open and located at Rosehill Community Center, 304 Lincoln Ave., Mukilteo, during Tour hours (Saturday 11-4; Sunday 11-4).  Online advance ticket advance orders will be closed after 9PM on Friday, July 14. (No tickets will be mailed!)


On the days of the Tour, tickets will be available for $20 at the Tour headquarters:  Rosehill Community Center, 304 Lincoln Ave, Mukilteo. MGQT Headquarters will be open from 11-4 Saturday and 11-4 Sunday, only.


The number of tickets is limited, so we advise advance purchase!  The Tour is on: RAIN or SHINE!  Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Where can I stay over to enjoy the second day of the Tour?

Who needs a ticket?

Tickets provide admission to each garden, one time only. All adults and children (except infants) will have their ticket marked at each garden entrance.


How many gardens are on the tour?

In 2017, we will feature SEVEN select residential gardens and also have an indoor quilt display at our headquarters, Mukilteo Rosehill Community Center, 304 Lincoln Ave. Mukilteo.


How many people attend the Tour?

The number of tickets is limited to 1,000.  Our two day event is a self guided tour around the community.  The map provided and street signage allows for flexibility for patrons to travel between gardens in any order to accommodate easier parking and access.


May I bring my stroller, wheelchair, or pet?

The gardens may not be ADA accessible.  Sturdy walking shoes are advised since ther are steps and narrow pathways. Sorry, please no strollers or pets.


When will the gardens be open?

The Tour hours are 11 AM until 4 PM on both Saturday, July 15  AND Sunday, July 16, 2017


May I visit both days?

Yes, take your time to see all the gardens over the two days of the show.  However, entrance to each garden is allowed only once.


What about parking?

These residential gardens have support for on street parking in their neighborhood location.  If you cannot find an opening, please continue to an adjacent garden and return at your leisure.  If you have a GPS device and your ticket map, you may also consider an alternate plan to visit the gardens in a reverse direction (H to A).


May I take photos?

Yes, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like for your personal use.  If you would like to submit a photo for possible selection for our 2019 Mukilteo Garden and Quilt Tour poster, please contact us through the website.  For our Tour poster, we look for a colorful and balanced display of quilt and garden features


Will there be restroom facilities?

Your Tour Ticket Brochure map has public restroom facilities at Mukilteo Park and Library noted on the map.

Tell me about the RAFFLE?

On Tour days only, our Raffle will be located at our headquarters: Rosehill Community Center, 304 Lincoln Ave. Mukilteo.



  • The tickets are only $1 (or 6 for $5). This is a "Fishbowl" style raffle where you can place any or all of your tickets in the watering can for the specific item you hope to win.

  • Make sure you clearly write your contact phone number or email on the ticket before depositing



  • Raffle drawings will be held at 4:15PM on Sunday, July 16



  • Winners do not need to be present to win



  • Arrangements must be made to pick up the prizes from the Raffle (or donor where stated).  A Tour volunteer will contact winners to arrange for the pick up.



  • Sorry, no shipping

Will there be quilts for sale?

YES!  There are 5 quilts that are on display in the gardens are marked "For Sale" with various prices and are indicated in the Ticket Brochure.   If you would like to purchase one of these quilts, please indicate your interest to the quilt manager in that garden.  She will note your name and contact information.  Full payment for the quilt purchase must  be made at Tour Headquarters at Rosehill Community Center by cash or credit card (sorry no checks!).


Because several buyers may be interested in the same quilt, the first purchaser to complete the payment at Rosehill will be able to pick up the quilt after the show Sunday or by arrangement.  When payment is received, the cashier at Rosehill will contact the garden quilt manager to mark that quilt as SOLD and make note of the buyer on their record card.  10% of the proceeds are retained by the Tour, 90% is paid to the crafter.


Who are we?

The Mukilteo Garden and Quilt Tour is an all volunteer, non-profit group comprised of the members of the Mukilteo Way Garden Club and the Mukilteo Lighthouse Quilters guild.  We team up every two years for this showcase event in the city of Mukilteo benefiting the charitable goals of the two organizations.
